We were buying a property and elevation law didn't tell us how much the bank draft was going to be till three days before it was due. We contacted our bank immediately for the bank draft and they informed us it would take 7 to 10 business days. elevation law charged us late fees for every day irrelevant of business days and started calling us frequently. We had to keep reminding them what are bank said which was highly stressful and very annoying especially since they should have known how long some banks take. I feel it was very unreasonable for them to wait til it was only three days and then take no responsibility for us having to be late I would have expected much better from professionals.
