Talk about rude, I went to the store to make an appointment for a simple zipper fix and was shooed away and she locked rhe door and closed the curtain in my face! All without talking to me and whilst doing this, she got her cell phone out and made a call! I called her to say what I needed and she said flatly "I can't help you with that and hung up the phone! I had my two dogs with me and they're very well behaved but that's why she wouldn't open the door, when we walked up, a small black and white dog on the inside of the shop got really aggressive and charged at the door! If she'd bothered to come out and talk to me, I would have gladly arranged a time to come back and I know she can fix zips because that's why I came back, last time she was super polite and efficient, but not this time. Whatever her issue is, she never even tried to sort it out, she physically shooed me away like I was some kind of gnat or bothersome insect!
