Company Description

The 112,000 square-foot Anzac Recreation Centre presented by Nexen Energy, a wholly owned subsidiary of CNOOC Ltd., includes an NHL-sized arena, fitness centre, field house, children and youth activity spaces, indoor running track and other amenities. The facility was built to meet the growth of the community which is projected to grow to 6,000-8,000 residents by 2030. Opening to the community on March 1, 2014, the Anzac Recreation Centre presented by Nexen Energy will bring excellence in sport, recreation and event experiences to Anzac under the innovative leadership of the ONE Team of the Regional Recreation Corporation of Wood Buffalo.
