Canclad Exteriors is an Edmonton based full service Roofing and Siding contractor servicing Edmonton the out-lying communities. We work with many home owners, property managers, strata management, condo boards and general contractors to provide superior building envelope maintenance and restorations.

Our maintenance reviews are intended to report on areas of material degradation, aging, damage, signs of improper performance, or potential problem areas. Our reports include descriptions of problem areas, as well as notes on areas reviewed. Where applicable, photographs are included for clarity. We then provide a quotation and plan to complete the repairs.

In the case of a catastrophe we start by making an initial damage assessment, then take the appropriate steps towards containing the loss. We will then provide a full restoration quotation and plan to complete the repairs.

Canclad ensures a safe working environment when completing home/building maintenance and/or restorations on fully occupied properties while minimizing the inconvenience to occupants. We at Sargeants pride ourselves on safety, quality and schedule.

The workers compensation board covers all of our experienced workers and our company carries three million dollar liability insurance. Supporting documentation is attached for your review.
