The Alberta Music Academy was founded in September of 2002 in Edmonton with the idea of creating an environment for well-rounded music education of a high standard. Since then the Academy’s history is being written every day by the persistent efforts of a talented, knowledgeable and experienced group of teachers and their dedicated students.

The Academy offers high quality piano, keyboard, violin, voice, theory and harmony lessons, as well as group music lessons for children ages 4 to 7.

The Academy’s students have received silver medals for achieving the highest marks in Alberta on their piano and theory exams. They are winners and scholarship recipients of the Kiwanis Music Festival, Fall Festival and Talent Explosion Festival, and are finalists of the Canadian Music Competition.
