The County of Stettler No. 6 encircles the Canadian town of Stettler, which is located in east-central Alberta. The town is known as "The Heart of Alberta".

In the previous census in 2016, the population of the Town of Stettler was 5,952, living in 2,415 out of 2,607 total private dwellings, representing an increase of 3.5% from its population of 5,748 in 2011. The town had a land area of 13.14 km2 (5.07 sq mi) and a population density of 453.0/km2 (1,173.2/sq mi) in 2016.
